NaPoWriMo – Day Twenty Nine

soft and silky skin
pink and pleasingly pressed
eager and energetically enticing
carnal and cautiously copious
inspired and irresistibly indulgent
amorous and amply appealing
luscious and lasciviously lusty

NaPoWriMo: Day Twenty Three

the door slams
as you walk out … no…
as you storm out

and the house sighs with relief

the years pass
and peace reigns
normality returns

and the house smiles with pleasure

and then you return
through that same door
shrivelled and shrunken

and the house sniggers with scorn

A Tritina* Poem

napo2016button1

it was a warm night when we first met
a hazy moon reflecting off the rippling water
a gentle breeze rustling through crispy Autumn leaves

time passed as did the seasons and the leaves
and I wonder in dismay why we met
that night on the pebbles by the water

many years on the river now dry of water
replaced with an increasing torrent of mildewed leaves
a forgotten ode to when we first met

perhaps soon a water deluge will flush away the leaves and the first day we met…

For You

nursing your ego

I listen

faithfully

unquestioningly

healing your wounds

open mind scars

seeping poisonous sludge

an invisible virus

that can’t be contained

it lashes out

indiscriminately

passionionlessly

When Words Are Too Late

the words left unsaid
are the loudest
a mute plea
falling on deaf ears
a silent scream
echoing from empty walls
a voiceless cry

i love you

A Gray Day

the sky is gray
whilst you walk away
disappearing into the fray
with my feelings you play
moulding them like clay
on any other day
it would be okay
but please not while we’re gay
