Afterwards

still warm
crumpled sheets
your smell
wafting

jazz tunes
softly humming
your taste
lingering

cozy blankets
snuggling deeper
I lay
wondering

3 p.m.

supple and pink
your skin smells sleepy
warm afternoon sunlight
defining your contours
cacooned in crumpled sheets
a lone strand of tousled hair
visible on the soft pillow
a finger emerges
then a hand
an arm
pale and slender
hiding your smiling face
peeling away the covers
inviting me in
to touch you again

Aural Sex

plucking the strings gently
launches dulcet tones
reverberating wall to wall
vibrating ear to ear
a mini symphony of sound
drifting higher
caressing
until carried away by the wind

Spring Rain

Lying on my back
staring upward
outstretched
mouth open
gulping
big bulbous droplets
luscous
silver streaks
slide across my face
warm wetness
enveloping my body
pink
dissolves my winter cocoon
and I explode
blossoming

Day Three Hundred and Six: 25th May 2013

warm purple sheets
lay silky
rumpled
against your thigh
the absent pillow
strewn to the floor
at that moment
of ecstasy
heavy breathing
then smiles
